Sink your teeth into this crazily delicious, fall-of-the bone recipe that can be made outdoors on the BBQ or in your oven so you can enjoy all year round, whatever the weather.
For the BBQ sauce
1 can Dr Pepper
1 tbsp. dark soft brown sugar
3.5 oz tomato ketchup
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. clear honey
2 tsp. mustard powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce (preferably Tabasco)
For the ribs
2 racks of baby back pork ribs
2 tbsp. olive oil
For the rub
2 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
