1 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
2 oz. walnuts, roughly chopped (optional)
2 oz. raisins (optional)
For the topping
1 ½ tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. rolled oats
1 tbsp. demerara sugar
