Ingredients

14 Oreo biscuits (usually one full packet), roughly chopped

14 oz. white chocolate, roughly chopped

397g tin condensed milk

Method
  1. Line a 7 x 11-inch baking tray with baking paper ensuring the sides hang slightly over (this will ensure the fudge doesn’t stick to the tray). Spread half of the chopped Oreos in the baking tray.
  2. Place a large heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Next add the chocolate and condensed milk to melt, ensuring to continuously scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl to prevent the mixture from curdling. Once fully melted, the consistency should be thick and smooth, remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for one 1 minute. Stir the mixture again and pour it into the baking tray spreading it out evenly.
  3. Arrange the remaining Oreos on top and press them down with your fingertips or with a spatula.
  4. Place the tray in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours to set.
  5. Use a sharp knife to cut the fudge into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy!
